The gym was a joke (honestly!). It was a tiny room without proper ventilation. Equipment looked old and unsafe. the sauna was often not turned on. I find this frustrating.

i found the staff helpful and nice. i also loved the hotel location near hagia sofia, topkapi palace, and blue mosque. the front desk, cleaners, and concierge were friendly, very good. i was given room options upon my arrival.
the gym is tiny and unsafe for workouts. i worked out once and hated it.

the front desk staff was polite. mahsun took his time and showed options when i wanted to change my room. the staff assisted with all requests. i thank erhan, who made sure that the room was super clean.

the hotel is near the gullhame tram station. a guarded parking lot is across from the hotel. the hotel provides easy access to major tourist attractions, and the location is ideal. there's a gym available.

the location is very good for seeing main attractions. hagia sofia and the blue mosque were within walking distance. the room was super clean and cozy.
the street outside was quite steep, it made access a little difficult for older people.
